Yes. Identity verification and prospect screening is mandatory prior to booking a reservation with us. 

How are La Bella Stays’ suites marketed?

Suites are advertised on our site for inquiries and for booking. We also market them on other third party short-term rental sites.

What is your clientele type and what is the duration of your stays typically?

Our guests include those traveling for business, corporate stays, and for leisure. Our stays range from two days up to 30 day stays.

What is the cleaning process for La Bella Stays?

The units will be cleaned by our professional cleaning team before each new booking.  Guests booking for more than 7 nights can have their units cleaned upon request.
